$300 for the house per night. If you book for Saturday night OR Friday night only the price is $400 for the night. A deposit can be paid in Dar es Salaam to confirm your booking and the balance paid in cash when you arrive in US$ or equivalent Tsh.

At Ras Kiroko we don’t have mains electricity but The Bean is connected to a generator and also has an inverter and battery bank which provides electricity to the fridges, lights and overhead fans 24 hours per day!

We do not have any mosquitoes and we have our own borehole. Our mineral water is pure and clean. You can drink it out of the tap! No need to boil or filter!!!

The house has a waist high fence surrounding it. Security it’s NOT a problem (4 fierce Masaai and 2 big dogs). We, the owners, live next door but out of sight and hearing.

The Bean is serviced by one of our staff who will come in the morning to make your beds, clean the house for you and wash dishes etc
